Ibrahim was helpful, polite and thorough. He offered me an earlier slot in the day when his other client cancelled so that was better for me! I think these guys are mid range, not the cheapest in the area but I think it's worth paying a bit more for someone who is helpful and responsible. Ibrahim offered to come downstairs with me to my neighbours to explain that the leak was not from my flat which was really lovely. He gave me a short summary in the invoice of what he saw and what work was done. Ibrahim was happy to share his knowledge with me and I had a subsequent question about my bathroom and he answered it with a further diagram to explain his answer. I feel that these guys are trustworthy and I will give them a call again whenever I need. ~ Gloria W

Excellent Service with outstanding communication and great care! I specially thank you Ibrahim for the great help. My shower tap was going to explode. I got ditched by 2 different plumbers who were introduced by friends. I lost hope but I was desperate for help, so I used google search to find one. I worried either the plumber wouldn't show up (again), or a creepy guy showing up. I felt so lucky that I found Aza & Son Service --> Ibrahim showed up on time, polite, well-mannered with excellent professionalism. Even my cat approved of his good vibe and followed him around. I called AZA & Sons Services on 11th September when our central heating failed to heat when switched on after several months of warmer weather. Despite being busy with many other people with similar problems the person I spoke to offered a call out between 6pm and 8pm, which I gratefully accepted. I duly received a call at 5:30 to say that the engineer was on his way and would be with me in 20 minutes, and two engineers arrived at 6pm. After checking the hardware and all the settings on the Hive gadgets the problem was traced to the 3-way valve, which was found to be stuck in one position. This was fixed by some vigorous rubbing and the system was then checked and found to be working correctly. I was charged a call-out fee plus VAT which seemed reasonable given the amount of time spent and the complexity of the system. I would happily call AZA for similar work in future. ~ Simon H

Great service & great guys. Our hot water stopped working and we had gas engineers in the day before who I didn’t trust - listed lots of problems and tried to charge a lot of money. We told the first gas engineer to leave it for now and got Aza & Sons to come the next day to check if those problems were actually real. Aza & Sons came round and told us that half the things the original engineer said was broken, were actually working. They fixed the boiler, had our hot water working again, didn’t fix things that weren’t broken, and didn’t try to rip us off. Great guys - great service, would Deffo recommend. ~ michael k

Ibrahim is a wonderful plumber and really knows his stuff. He is on time, super friendly, doesn't drink tea or coffee (I offered an embarrassing number of times) and charges very reasonable rates. If you need a quick trusting plumber in London you cannot go wrong with Ibrahim. I felt much more comfortable dealing directly with him rather than going to one of the major companies. He cleaned up after himself and made sure we were happy with the work all the way through the job. Bonus points for a completely paper-free invoicing system. Cheers Ibrahim! ~ James L

I had a blocked kitchen sink that needed attention urgently. I called up Ibrahim who came out and solved my problem within a few hours of my calling him - whilst further testing and making sure that everything was in order after dealing with the issue. Having called up numerous tradesmen over the course of a number of this - my experience with Ibrahim was by far the best. Open and transparent about costs, totally upfront about potential issues and then when everything turned out to be in good order explained that to me clearly and concisely. IBRAHIM was an absolute star! I telephoned him in the afternoon to ask if he could help with a leaking bathroom sink waste/tap in E14 & he made a point of coming round after he was finished at his current appointment! You cannot ask for more...Furthermore, we had some of the parts because we thought we were going to do this ourselves (madness!) & then having an attack of sanity we decided to call in the experts...an excellent decision! Ibrahim was so helpful when I had a late night emergency with my shower. The tap broke and the water wouldn’t stop running. I found Ibrahim’s details on Google and called him. He picked up instantly despite how late it was. I explained my issue to him and he asked me to take pictures and send to him so he could have a look at what he thought the issue could be. He swiftly replied to my pictures and provided me with a solution which worked and helped me resolve my issue! We had a broken flush on our toilet for a couple of days and was let down by other plumbers who never called back/turned up. I am so glad I stumbled across Ibrahim’s details on Google. He answered the call promptly and was really helpful. He asked me to send photos of the toilet and he was able to identify what was required. Since a few years we had very low water pressure in our flat which was built 25 years ago to the extend that it was really difficult to take a shower, shave ektc. A couple of years ago I made an appointment with a very known and established Lindon company, They checked and concluded that this is a major job because all the pipes need to be cleaned because they are old, 2 days of labor and several thousand pounds expense. I decided not to embark on this. But the water pressure became weaker and weaker. So I decided a couple of weeks ago to contact a local company Aza&Sons. A very capable young man came and within 15 mInutes he proposed to replace a certain valve in thr main pipe system which he identified as the main problem. He ordered it, came two days later and he replaced it in less than one hour. The result is absolutely perfect, the water pressure is strong really liKe in a brandnew luxury new property. The overall cost material and labor less than £ 500 I highly recommend this company ~ Daniel G

Ibrahim was extremely helpful and provided great service. He had a very quick turnaroud and was with us in just a couple of hours after we called him. He diagnosed the problem swiftly, explained how we can take better care of our drains and did the work efficiently and with as little mess as possible. Aza & Sons couldn't have been more helpful and responsive when we phoned them when our boiler in a new property was found not to be working. They were out to the property within 2.5hrs and diagnosed the problem immediately. As it was late on a weekend, they then promptly organised to order the parts for the following Monday and were exemplary in installing the necessary repairs and making sure everything around the system was working as it should. We're now cosy and warm thanks to Aza& Sons. Reasonably priced too! ~ Chris C

Really happy with the service I received for my boiler. This is a family-run business with tons of experience, and it definitely shows. They were on time, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly - both what they were doing and what they found. It’s not always easy to find tradespeople you feel you can trust, but I felt totally confident in their work. It’s always on a weekend night when you get emergency plumbing problems! Our bathtub tap busted and the hot water wouldn’t stop. Called Ibrahim and here was here within ministers. Isolated and fixed the problem so expertly. I called a bunch of people before I called him and they were charging an arm and a leg. Ibrahim’s prices were affordable and his work was brilliant. We had a major issue with a cooling company and their units which resulted in a major flood in our flat. We called Aza & Sons to come out to our flat in Canary Wharf to investigate the fault as they have experience with AC units. Aza & his son came out to investigate and were prompt arriving. They put on shoe protectors upon entering the flat, which just goes to show how considerate and clean they were. The issue was immediately identified by the duo after a thorough investigation. Then they were able to write a very detailed and comprehensive report for us which was submitted to the cooling company. Extremely professional team and they certainly know their stuff. Call out charge is extremely reasonable (not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!). I used them again to fix a heating issue in my parents flat and my parents had nothing but praise for the them. Again they identified the issue quickly and was able to give thorough and thoughtful advice to my parents. Contacted Aza & Sons and from the first conversation via telephone they were polite, professional and helpful. Arrived promptly to carry out repairs to gas boiler and I so appreciated their transparency and honesty on how it was a minor issue and more so their advice in how to maintain the boiler moving forward. We used Aza and Sons at first to have a leak fixed in our toilet. This was arranged promptly and the job was completed efficiently. A few weeks later we asked them to removed two radiators which again was done with the efficiency. We asked if they would help us move the boiler outside and this was an unusual and significant job that they completed to a high standard. We would recommend Aza and Sons. ~ Micaela C
